Chip was commander of the 107th Aviation Company stationed at the Cuyahoga County Airport during the 1960s. He moved to Vero Beach Fl. about 20 years ago where he passed away on September 16, 2011. A memorial service was held on Saturday September 24, 2011 in Vero Beach, Fl.
