MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION

SUBJECT: Death Notification May 19, 2006

1. It is with deep regret and sorrow that this office announces the May 17,2006 death CW4 (ret) John Majoros, former member of the 107th AR CAV and the 37th Bde Combat Team.
2. Calling hours will be held Saturday, May 20, 2006 at the Ferfolio Funeral Home, 5386 Lee Road, Maple Hts, Ohio from 1:00 - 3:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and also on Sunday, May 21, from 1:00 - 3:00 and 6:00 - 8:00.
3. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 22, at the St. Elizabeth Church, East 93rd and Buckeye Road, Cleveland, Ohio.
4. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, 10000 Miles Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio.
