It is sad to announce the passing of MG.(R) Bruce Jacobs, a past Commander of the 1st Squadron 107Th ACR. MG. Jacobs was a Vietnam veteran prior to joining the 107Th where he served on the Regimental Staff and as the Commanding Officer of the 1st Squadron. After leaving the 107Th he went to Washington DC. where he served in several staff positions within the National Guard Bureau. He last served as the Executive Director of the Historical Society of the Militia and National Guard. He passed at the age of 85 after a long illness and was interned at Arlington National Cemetery. We thank him for his outstanding service to his country.
