Congratulations to CSM Al Whatmough on his selection as the State of Ohio Command Sergeant Major effective 1 March 2009. Al, an Association Trustee, will bring a wealth of knowledge to the State Command Group with his 23 years of service starting as a Squad Leader and advancing through the ranks to Brigade Command Sergent Major. He will be a great representative for the NCO Corps and all enlisted solders.
