Frank was Vice President of our association from 2011 to the present, and had served as both enlisted and officer in the Headquarters Company/Troop 1/107, as a Platoon Leader/XO in Troop A, and as Commander of Troop C.
He retired from the Ohio National Guard with over 20 years service after losing his foot in an industrial accident. Frank remained active with the First Cleveland Cavalry Association until his death and, will always be remembered by our members as a man you could rely on for advice and assistance. Our prayers go out to Delphine and his family.
